I previously worked with Jordan as a cross-fit style coach for almost two years, and when I was looking to switch gyms and build mobility she was the first person I thought of. Jordan is simply AMAZING. She trained me as I was preparing to run my first half marathon and we focused on hip mobility, flexibility, and strength. As someone with previous joint issues, safety was my biggest concern. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always ensured my form was correct to prevent injury. I highly recommend Jordan for anyone (young and old), as she customizes her workouts for each client and pushes them to be the best version of themselves. Before I started training with Jordan Daniels, I struggled with binge eating, had absolutely no experience in the gym whatsoever, and felt completely disconnected from my health and confidence. In July 2025, I weighed 236 pounds and honestly didn’t know if I was capable of making lasting changes. I was stuck in survival mode. Not living just surviving. 

Since working with Jordan, my life has completely changed. As of May 2026, I’m down to 143 pounds, but the biggest transformation has been mental and emotional. I’ve gained confidence, self-love, discipline, and a much healthier relationship with food and exercise. Jordan created an environment where I never felt judged for being a beginner and always felt supported, encouraged, and capable.

One of the most meaningful parts of this journey is that these healthy habits are now being instilled in my children at a young age. They are growing up seeing the importance of taking care of themselves, building confidence, and creating a healthy lifestyle.

I’m incredibly grateful for everything Jordan has helped me accomplish and would recommend her to anyone looking to truly change their life physically, mentally, and emotionally.

One year with my trainer Jordan Daniels and I can honestly say this journey has changed my life physically, mentally, and emotionally!

Jordan has taught me so much over this past year. From proper form and nutrition to pushing past mental blocks and learning how strong I truly am, she’s been there through every step of the process. One of the biggest accomplishments for me has been getting to the point where I can train alongside her independently while she’s training other clients. That feeling alone showed me how much I’ve grown and how much confidence she’s helped build in me.

What makes Jordan different is the patience, understanding, and support she gives her clients. She has handled all of my medical issues with so much care and never once made me feel like a burden on the days I wasn’t feeling my best. Instead, she found ways to accommodate me, motivate me, and keep me going. She made working out feel empowering instead of feeling like a chore.

She supports me both inside and outside of the gym, keeps me motivated, helps guide me with meal planning, and truly wants to see her clients succeed. Every session pushes me to become a better version of myself, and I genuinely leave feeling stronger every single time.
