I have known Jordan for a few years now, and recently started consistently training with her again and I’ve been loving it. From the beginning, she took the time to understand my personal goals and has helped push me toward achieving them every step of the way. I previously worked with Jordan as a cross-fit style coach for almost two years, and when I was looking to switch gyms and build mobility she was the first person I thought of. Jordan is simply AMAZING. She trained me as I was preparing to run my first half marathon and we focused on hip mobility, flexibility, and strength. As someone with previous joint issues, safety was my biggest concern. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always ensured my form was correct to prevent injury. Jordan is an amazing trainer, she listens to what your goals are and will do anything in her power to help you achieve them. She is patient, kind and nonjudgmental. She always asks if you want to work on anything specific before getting started, but if not she has a plan ready to go. She is not only knowledgeable in weight lifting but nutrition too. Before I started training with Jordan Daniels, I struggled with binge eating, had absolutely no experience in the gym whatsoever, and felt completely disconnected from my health and confidence. In July 2025, I weighed 236 pounds and honestly didn’t know if I was capable of making lasting changes. I was stuck in survival mode. Not living just surviving. 

Since working with Jordan, my life has completely changed. As of May 2026, I’m down to 143 pounds, but the biggest transformation has been mental and emotional. I’ve gained confidence, self-love, discipline, and a much healthier relationship with food and exercise. Jordan created an environment where I never felt judged for being a beginner and always felt supported, encouraged, and capable.

One of the most meaningful parts of this journey is that these healthy habits are now being instilled in my children at a young age. They are growing up seeing the importance of taking care of themselves, building confidence, and creating a healthy lifestyle.

One year with my trainer Jordan Daniels and I can honestly say this journey has changed my life physically, mentally, and emotionally!

Jordan has taught me so much over this past year. From proper form and nutrition to pushing past mental blocks and learning how strong I truly am, she’s been there through every step of the process. One of the biggest accomplishments for me has been getting to the point where I can train alongside her independently while she’s training other clients. That feeling alone showed me how much I’ve grown and how much confidence she’s helped build in me.

She has handled all of my medical issues with so much care and never once made me feel like a burden on the days I wasn’t feeling my best. Jordan Daniels and I have been training for 1.5 years. She took me from aching hips to pain free in two weeks. Early in our training, I identified several physical goals. We train three times a week, working on my goals and overall strength training. I can keep up in a class with women half my age. It is hard to put into words just how much Coach Jordan has impacted my life. When I moved from Boston to Springfield during my freshman year of high school, everything felt unfamiliar. I was adjusting to a new city, a new school, and trying to find where I belonged. It was a challenging transition, and I had no idea that one person would end up making such a difference in my journey.

During that first year, I heard about a sport called lacrosse. It wasn’t very popular at the time, but a friend and I decided to give it a try. That decision led me to Coach Jordan, and looking back, it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I knew absolutely nothing about the sport, but from the very beginning, Coach Jordan believed in me and supported me every step of the way.

Coach Jordan is the definition of what a great coach should be. Her passion for lacrosse is unmatched, and her dedication to her players goes far beyond the field. Through every win, every loss, every success, and every setback, she has remained a constant source of encouragement and support. Because of her coaching and belief in me, I have grown from someone who had never even heard of lacrosse into a starting player during my junior year.

What makes Coach Jordan so special is that she never gives up on her players. There were times when I doubted myself, but she never doubted me. Her confidence in my abilities helped me develop confidence in myself. Whenever I felt discouraged, she lifted me up. Whenever I needed advice, guidance, or support, she was there. Her impact extends far beyond athletics—she has helped shape me into a stronger and more confident person.

Even my mom, who works in Boston and is naturally cautious about trusting people, has come to love and appreciate Coach Jordan. Over time, she has become more than just a coach to our family. She is someone we deeply respect, trust, and care about. Her kindness, selflessness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care for others are qualities that make her truly one of a kind.

Because of Coach Jordan, I found a sport that I love and a passion that I hope to continue pursuing in college. She has been a source of strength during difficult times, a voice of encouragement when I needed it most, and an incredible role model throughout my high school years. She leads with love, compassion, and purpose, inspiring everyone around her to become better athletes and better people.

To me, Coach Jordan is much more than a coach—she is family. Her guidance, support, and belief in me have changed my life in ways I will never forget. I am incredibly grateful for everything she has done, not only for me but for so many others. Anyone who has the opportunity to know Coach Jordan is truly fortunate. She is an amazing coach, an amazing person, and someone whose impact will be felt for years to come.

I am so proud of everything Coach Jordan has accomplished, and I will always be grateful that our paths crossed. Her influence has helped shape the person I am today, and that is something I will carry with me forever.
