The training Judy provides is done professionally and with a personal touch.

PERSONAL TRAINING

This training option involves 1-1 tuition and guidance on your fitness development. 
These training sessions are organised in blocks of 3 weeks or 6 weeks each including 2 sessions a week.
Sessions last 45-75 min!
Personal Training option includes Initial Client Assessment, Progression photos taken (optional), Nutritional Advice and Measurements. Training is organised and delivered in a Gym/Studio based environment.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING 

This training option involves "buddy sessions" where 2-3 people train at the same time.
These training sessions are organised in blocks of 3 weeks or 6 weeks each including 2 sessions a week.
Sessions last 60-90 min!
Training is organised and delivered in a Gym/Studio based environment.

LARGE GROUP / CLASSES 

This training option involves a larger group exercise class, where the minimum training group is 6 people at the same time.
These training sessions are organised in blocks of 6 weeks including 2 sessions a week.
Sessions last 60 min! 
Training is organised and delivered in a Gym/Studio based environment. 

CORPORATE / ORGANISE YOUR CLASS PACKAGE 

This training option involves "colleague/company sessions" where 4+ people train at the same time.
These training sessions are organised in blocks.
Sessions last 60 min!
Training is organised and delivered in a Gym/Studio or company grounds based environment.

SUSPENSION TRAINING (TRX) 

What is Suspension Training? 
This is a full-body workout training that utilises wall-mounted straps and your own body weight as resistance. 
With this training regime, you are challenging your entire body in all planes of motion that improves balance, stability, cardio, strength and core which helps you build a stronger and leaner body! 
Full instructions and modifications to your training will be provided throughout the class to accommodate beginners as well as advanced trainees and individuals. 
If you are looking to start to build your overall physic and fitness this kind of class is just right for you!

HOT BARBELL (Body Pump)

What is Hot Barbell Training? 
This is a low impact, full-body, fun-filled, lightweight barbell class with music! Instruction provided throughout the class by Judy, who will be leading the class and the training in person!
What you need to do is just to enjoy and follow!
Who is this class for? 
This class is aimed at everyone, from beginners to more advanced clients! 
These classes are designed to help you get lean, fit and toned while increasing your endurance and your body's ability to effectively burn calories.
If you are looking to improve your fitness level while having fun with us, then do not hesitate to join our group!

HOT IRON

What is Hot Iron Training?
This is a training that combines barbells and kettlebells training to get your heart rate up!
This is definitely an intense session that increases your heart rate and challenges your body and mind!

BOOTCAMP 

What is Bootcamp Training?
This is a training that combines low and high impact bodyweight exercises with strength & cardio training for the full-body burn!
It is suitable for intermediate and advanced individuals with no major injuries!
Bootcamps are organised and delivered in Newcastle West, Co Limerick!
Times and dates are subject to current Covid restrictions.
